Stripes: Exploring Weaves
Here, I have explored stripes using plain, twill, and sateen weave and their variations.
Swatch 01
In this swatch, I have developed regular (4*4) and irregular (5*3,3*1,4*1) weft rib weave, regular (4*4) and irregular (5*3) matt weave using cotton and polyester yarns.
Swatch 02
In this swatch, I have developed Z-twill-5/3; vertical pointed twill purple and dark brown-6/2; broken twill olive green and dark brown-4/4; plain weave orange-6*2; purple regular matt weave-4/4; variation of S-twill using cotton and polyester yarns.
Swatch 03
In this swatch, I have developed brown plain weave-3*1; cross sign weave (variation of diamond twill)-4/4; dark blue plain weave-6*2; light blue satin weave-5*3; honeycomb weave and outline (variation of twill); dotted diamond (variation of twill) using cotton and polyester yarns.
